ADRIENNE L. TEAGUE bio

Adrienne has served as a higher education administrator for over 15 years, and has worked in areas of Advancement and Alumni Relations, as well as for/with institutions’ top leaders (Chancellor and Chief of Staff). With a progressive career at public/private institutions of varying sizes, Adrienne has lead small and large departments, been influential in establishing new positions to meet service-delivery gaps, and has served on various leadership teams and university committees that have worked to provide solutions to some of the toughest challenges facing universities and advancement/alumni engagement today.

With a plethora of varied skills in her portfolio, Adrienne has experience in fundraising, constituent/alumni engagement and services, leadership development, data analytics (including ROI/ROE metric development, engagement scorecards, pipeline development and more), marketing/communications, programming and events, volunteer management, systems integrations and implementations, human resources (talent development/acquisition, onboarding and retention), higher education administration, nonprofit management, and business operations.

She earned a Master of Public Administration: Nonprofit Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, her graduate research was focused on examining management and leadership strategies of nonprofit and higher education administrators. Adrienne’s graduate Capstone project/paper was specifically focused on the impact/philanthropic results from deployment of unique themes in fundraising solicitation marketing.
